Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our catalogue, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, but only before your order enters fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled — our returns policy applies upon delivery.

How do I know my order was confirmed? You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us with your email address.

Why was my order cancelled? Orders may be cancelled if an item goes out of stock after purchase, if a pricing error is identified, or if a payment cannot be verified. You will be notified immediately and refunded in full.


Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before the cutoff time displayed at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The minimum order threshold is displayed at checkout and may vary during promotional periods.

What happens if my package is not delivered? If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notice. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I start a return? Contact us via the contact page. We will provide a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions within 2 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Your first exchange per order is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping fee.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Timing may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Can I return a final sale item? Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is it safe to pay on your store? Yes. Our store uses SSL/TLS encryption and Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security. We never store your full card details.

Can I pay in installments? Yes. Installment payment options are available through Shop Pay, subject to eligibility at checkout.

Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.


Products & Sizing

Are all your products authentic? Yes, without exception. Every product sold at Bullseyes Club is 100% authentic and sourced exclusively through authorised channels. We do not carry replicas, grey market goods, or unauthorised products.

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a size guide with conversions in US, EU, UK, and CM. We strongly recommend consulting it before purchasing, as sizing can vary between brands and models.

What if a product runs small or wide? We note fit characteristics such as runs narrow or runs wide in the product description where applicable. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for performance footwear.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back? We cannot guarantee restocks, as availability depends on our suppliers. You can contact us to ask about a specific product and we will do our best to help.


Account

Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and manage your preferences more easily.

How do I reset my password? Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

How do I delete my account? Contact us via the contact page with a deletion request. We will process it within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations such as order records required for tax purposes.
