01 — Scope & Application
These General Purchase Conditions govern all commercial transactions made through the Bullseyes Club online store, operated by ADS CONVERSION LLC. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
These conditions apply to all products sold on our platform — including footwear, accessories, and any limited-edition or promotional items — across all brands we carry, including Nike, Adidas, New Balance, On Running, Lacoste, and Converse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ADS CONVERSION LLC is registered. Federal consumer protection laws, including those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), apply to all transactions.
Bullseyes reserves the right to update these conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs your order. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
02 — Order Process
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acknowledgment of your purchase request — not yet a binding contract. The contract is formed when we confirm your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Confirmation email — sent automatically within minutes of checkout completion. Order review — all orders are subject to stock availability verification and payment authorisation before processing. Right to decline — Bullseyes reserves the right to cancel any order where stock errors, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraud are identified. Full refunds will be issued promptly. Order history — accessible at any time through your account dashboard. Modifications — orders can only be modified before they enter the fulfilment stage. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.
03 — Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax regulations. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.
We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:
Visa — charged at time of purchase. Mastercard — charged at time of purchase. American Express — charged at time of purchase. Discover — charged at time of purchase. Shop Pay — accelerated checkout. Installments available subject to eligibility. Apple Pay — available on compatible Apple devices via Safari. Google Pay — available on compatible Android devices and Chrome.
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or receive a full refund.
04 — Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched — not from the date of purchase. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.
Standard shipping — 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping — 2–3 business days after dispatch. Overnight shipping — next business day. Order must be placed before the cutoff time displayed at checkout. Free shipping — available on qualifying orders. Threshold displayed at checkout.
Bullseyes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
05 — Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
Return window — items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Size exchanges — accepted within 30 days of delivery. One complimentary exchange per order; subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping fee. Defective or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. Final sale items — products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
To start a return or exchange, contact our team via the contact page. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
Refund timing depends on your card issuer. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay refunds follow the same timeline and appear as credits to the original payment method.
06 — Warranty
All products sold at Bullseyes are authentic and sourced through authorised channels. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
Manufacturing defects — covered for 90 days from the date of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund. Manufacturer warranties — brand warranties from Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and others are in addition to this coverage. Contact the manufacturer directly, or through us for assistance. Not covered — damage from misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact our team with your order number and photos of the defect.
07 — Sizing & Product Info
Sizing varies across brands and models. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Size guides are published in US, EU, UK, and CM on every product page. Fit notes such as runs narrow or runs wide are included in product descriptions where applicable. When between sizes, size up for performance footwear and follow your usual fit for lifestyle and casual models. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, our exchange policy in Section 05 applies.
08 — Cancellation Rights
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the return policy in Section 05 applies upon delivery.
Before shipment — full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. After shipment — initiate a return upon delivery following the process in Section 05. Shop Pay Installments — cancellation before shipment will void all instalment obligations. Refunds follow the standard Shop Pay timeline.
Orders move to fulfilment quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — same-day contact gives the best chance of stopping the order before it ships.
09 — Liability
Bullseyes' liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in the relevant transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. If a material error is identified, we will notify affected customers and offer a refund or replacement at no cost.
10 — Contact & Disputes
For questions, complaints, or requests related to your order or these terms, our customer service team is available via the contact page. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, US consumers may contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov/complaint or reach out to their state's consumer protection office.
These conditions are governed by US federal law and the laws of the state of incorporation of ADS CONVERSION LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
